The work

Marije Richards creates complete spatial identities: environments built from atmosphere, material and story, and then engineered, manufactured and delivered as physical reality.

Her practice moves between the emotional and the practical — from narrative to floor plan, from a material sample to an international production line. Concepts are developed in 3D and film, tested against construction, and carried through to completion with makers, suppliers and craftsmen.

Materiality

True luxury does not come from excess. It comes from atmosphere, craftsmanship, material, detail — and the feeling of belonging.

For hotels, restaurants, villas and developers building something that should be remembered.
